As we have been unable to find any evidence within our server's own error logs of any instances of internal server errors, we believe the issue may potentially lay external to our servers. We are continuing to investigate.Cloudflare (through which traffic to our cloud-hosted MIDAS systems is routed) have just posted an update on their Service Status page which we believe is relevant to the issues being reported by some of our customers. The update is titled "POST requests not succeeding", and states:
"Cloudflare is aware of and investigating an issue where some customers may be experiencing POST requests not reaching origin servers correctly. We are working to analyse and mitigate this problem. More updates to follow shortly."
You can track Cloudflare's updates on this issue here.
We continue to look into this issue from our end, however, it is our current belief that the issue is most likely to be directly caused by the ongoing issue at Cloudflare.
We will post a further update shortly.
