Between 02:11 and 02:36 UTC this morning (Monday 22nd February), some of our cloud-hosted customers may have been temporarily unable to access their MIDAS systems.
Affected customers were greeted with an "Error 1020 Access Denied" message generated by Cloudflare.
The cause of these errors was quickly traced back to an incorrect firewall update made by our team at 02:11 UTC.
The issue was swiftly corrected as of 02:36 UTC.
